Having a hard time finding this window Latch

Hi,

I've tried to look literally everywhere online for hours and in store for a thin window latch with holes. The width is 11/16 inches or about 5/8 inches. 3/4 inches could possibly fit as well. Do you have a window latch with holes that small?
