Window Latch

I am looking for a window latch. It is spring loaded and has holes that are 1 3/8" apart. It is on a window frame that appears to be made out of aluminium. My house was built in 1963

We have two spring loaded locks that snap over a keeper, our 90-147 and 90-248. I'm not sure if they would work for you, but they appear similar. What do you think? Also, what is the name on the keeper?

Mine slides in and out. I will try to get the name off of it.
