Window Latch / PGT Windows installed in 2013

We recently had the right hand side tilt latch of our PGT windows break. I've attached a picture of the broken piece; and then 4 pictures of the left side latch which is intact and fine. The windows were installed in 2013. Apparently, PGT no longer makes this window and can't provide us with a window latch replacement. So much for a lifetime warranty on parts! A window installer recommended I reach out to you folks as you may be able to help witha replacement part. The closest I have been able to find has a latch that extends oustide the side of the body which doesn't work. Hoping you can help. Appreciate any assistance in locating this part. Best, Janet

Hello,

Most latches in this style have a round base, like our 26-243A and 26-244A, for example. The only difference is that the top cover of yours is round, while ours is square. This detail, however, does not influence how the latch installs or functions. The determining factor would be how the measurements below compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
