The window latch on one of my windows broke. The window was installed in my home in 2000. I believe the window was from Pacific Window which went out of business in 2009. The home is in Lincoln, California and built by Del Webb.
Can you please help me?

Hello and thanks for posting such a thorough diagram! It is very helpful for us. Now unfortunately we don't have anything matching these exact measurements. The problem is the offset of 9/16". However we have the 90-161, which has an offset of 7/16", and the 90-278 whose offset is 11/16". Could you in some way use either of these? Let us know.
