This looks like our 91-174 Phillips window latch kit to me. Look over the specifications and compare them with your old hardware to see what you think.

Yeah, that's the right. Just ordered 9 sets. But I'm still looking for another phillips window latch-maybe you can find this one too.

We don't sell the part in this new photo, unfortunately. Our 91-174 is our best and only option, I'm afraid. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
