Window Latch Replacements (SilverLine???)

House built 7 years ago. We never opened the windows. Have found several with broken latches. Have uploaded window manufacturers label, dimensions, and 2 pictures of latch. Thank you for the help.

Thanks for writing in! I believe your tilt latches can be replaced with our 26-243 and its opposite handed version 26-244. Carefully review the dimensions from the diagram below. Compare them to your latch to see if this might work as a replacement. If the measurements are far off, please let me know what your measurements are, written out in text.

Are these replacements spring loaded? Do you have these in stock?

Yes, these tilt latches are spring loaded. Both of them are in stock, as of today.
