Window Latch for CA5540

Hello. The latching mechanism is not working on a CA5540 window. Please advise which replacement part needs to be ordered. Thank you.

The window lock you have here reminds me of the 38-095 Maxim Multi-Point Lock. Review and compare the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right fit for your repairs.

If you also need the installation screws, the 33-097 self-tapping screw is the one recommended for this lock.
