Window Latches for swing out vinyl window

These latches are plastic and have no screws. They look like they are mortised in and glued or heat welded in. I have attached a schematic with measurements.

This looks like a pretty good match for the part I'm looking for. Can you tell me how this gets installed into the window?

Good question! Since these don't have any fasteners, they simply snap into place. Let us know if you need any further clarification.
