Window Lever Gone Missing - need replacement

Hi!
I attached a couple photos of the missing window lever I am searching for and was wondering if you can tell from these photos what part I need. Or if not, what other information you would need to identify the part. I looked at the window and could not find any info about the manufacturer.

Thanks for you post! Your operator cover reminds me of the 39-375 Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover. This cover and handle are not sold separately, so you will need to replace the entire mechanism to complete the repair.

The opposite version is the 39-376.
