Window Levers used to unlock casement window

These levers are used to unlock windows that 'crank' out to open. I have purchased the cranks, however I need to find these levers as most are missing on the windows of the home we purchased. They are about 2 inches in length and 1/2 inch wide. Please advise where I can purchase these. Thanks!

I'm not familiar with this lever. Could you show me the operator itself? The lever may not be available by itself, but maybe we can replace the operator.
