38-095 but with different dimensions

Question

I am looking for a Multi-point Lock with the dimensions in the photo. Brown in color. Similar to the one you have listed #38-095 but the dimensions are different.

Would our 38-138 be a better fit? The dimensions seem much closer. Look it over and see what you think.
