Have brocken window locks that need to be replaced, please see attached picture. I've also pulled various numbers to help with identification if helpful: P.L. #352-006 SERIES: 3150 casement.

This looks a lot like our 38-090 lock. Check it out and see if you agree. To uninstall yours, open the window and unscrew it from the back.
