Window Lock
I'm confident that we can supply a match for this lock, but before we recommend anything I'll need to know the distance between the two installation holes. Can you tell me that measurement? Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges. Thank you!
Thank you!
~Shane
Thanks for getting back to us, Shane. I'm sorry to say that we don't sell any lock with that hole spacing. The only sizes we sell in this style that come close are our 90-274, which has a 2-1/4" hole spacing, and the 90-278, which is 2-1/16". Neither one will work without drilling new holes, which can be tricky for this kind of application.
The main thing you have to worry about is that you don't drill so deep as to hit the glass. You also need to make sure that the new holes don't overlap with the old ones. With that in mind, I think I favor the larger 90-274. A hole spacing of 2-1/4" gives you a bit more grace than the smaller 2-1/16", though you still have to be mindful.
I'm sorry again that we can't offer you a closer size.
