Compare our 90-301 face mount keeper to your keeper. Do you think this could be a good replacement for you?

It appears your suggestion is 1/8" taller than my piece. That would seem to be a pretty big difference and would probably require drilling new holes for mounting...?

I'm afraid we haven't been able to find a shorter keeper with 1" holes. Drilling new holes may be your only option.
