Home Owner from Waukesha, WI
I need a replacement part for the window lock lever. The window brand is Morgan-Wightman.

Thanks for writing in! The lock lever you have here appears to be from a casement window lock. Can you confirm this?

Please also provide a photo of the mechanism the lever detached from.

I am not sure to confirm this?  I attached picture where the lock lover was detached.
Thanks,Senthil

Thanks for the additional photos. As suspected, the lever you have is for a casement window. They aren't sold separately from the assembly, so you will need to replace the entire mechanism.

Our video tutorial below details how to unlock the window, with the lever broken off. Once you have it removed, I'll need to see the components of the lock and its installation holes to narrow down the best replacement options.

I am not a handyman and prefer not to manually unlock the window.  Can you determine and part needed as shown in the previous pictures or send someone to fix it?

I can provide you with the possible option, I believe could work but there are no guarantees. I'd need to see the lock removed to identify the correct replacement. You'll also need to compare its dimensions and design to our locks to determine which of them is the correct replacement for your window.

The processed described in the video is the one that will need to be performed to replace the lock. That said, you may want to have a professional remove it for you.

Start with reviewing and comparing the 38-095, 38-096, 38-138, and 38-139. Their dimensions can be viewed directly on the website.
