Window Lock Mechanism

A quick learner from New Jersey says:
I am trying to locate the left lock mechanism (right side pictured) and the white plastic bushings (guides). I need the parts that engage the window to pull it secure against the weather seal gasket.

Hi there! Sounds like you need a new lock and a new tie bar guide. For the locks, see our 38-058L and 38-058R. Look over our dimensions and photos and let me know what you think.

As for the tie bar guide, see our 39-417

Please let me know if you have any questions.

A quick learner from New Jersey says:
What is the replacement part # for the the actual tie bar that is 12" long?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We don't currently have a tie bar that's 12", but we can certainly look into it. Reviewing your photos more closely, I see that your tie bar actually doesn't appear to have any rollers/cones or lock drive points. It's just a flat piece of metal.

Can you check an undamaged version of this tie bar, either from the other side of the window or from an identical window? If it has any rollers, we'd like a clear shot of the whole bar so that we can make out exactly what type you have. That will be an important determining factor.

Thank you!
