The 90-161 Window Lock & Keeper and 90-077C Truth Window Lock appears to be the closest replacements to the sweep lock you have here. You'll need to double check the dimensions shown on the diagrams to determine if these will be a fit for your repairs.

For the 90-077C to replace the keeper, I suggest taking a look at the 90-279 or 90-177.

The measurements look good.

I noticed the brand name on the original locks is CERTAINTEED.
Please let me if that changes the part you recommended.

Yes, I did notice that from the photos. That will not change the recommendation; we do not have the exact replacement for your lock.

If the measurements are a match, you should be good to go!
