Question

Hi, i have a window and need a repair. I can't find any identifying stickers or markings. By looking at this balance, can you tell me what kind of window I have so that I can buy repair parts?Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't know the make and model of your window. However, your balance looks like our S775-16 with the 16C stamp. You'll just have to measure the width of the shoe to determine its size. Take a look at the specifications and let us know if you have any questions.
