Window Master Patio Slider handle

Yes, I know this model is out of the supply chain but before I go cutting things, is there a replacement option for this handles.  It has the inside clamp.

We don't have this exact handle set, but take a look at our 82-009A as a potential substitute. It has a similar latch hook but review our dimensions to see if you think you can get this to work.
