Thanks for posting. For your operator, see our 39-015. Compare the dimensions to your old part and see if you think it could work for you. For your lock assemblies, take a look at our 38-099 and 38-100. See what you think.

I'm afraid I can't really say what else you have. We would need a photo of each part you're looking to replace so that we can identify them. These parts have been known to work on more than one kind of window.

Hi Bob, these look like needed parts, would also need to see the remaining cleats or hinges available for this window to replace all at same time. I know there are 2 hinges at top of window to connect it to frame that are needed plus the cleats the lock assembly connects to.
Can you please forward those additional links so we can order all?

Thank you

Hi Bob, new photos show the hinge which is a dark metal hinge about 1.5 ix 3"?? it is at top of window above the silver arm you see on side of window.
Also, the plastic cleat for locking mechanism to connect to is in picture.

Thank you

Thanks for getting back to us. Your hinge looks like our 36-048, see what you think. As for that white cleat, I'm less sure. I couldn't find anything similar to this. What is its function? Could there be more to it, perhaps broken off or disconnected, or is this all there is?

Ahhhhh, I see. They work with the locks. Okay, how about our 38-130 and 38-131? These aren't exactly the same but they look like they search the same function. Let me know what you think.

Bob, it looks like the white plastic cleat is just missing a corner and all mine seem to be broken off the same. This cleat is what the looking tablet engages behind to lock window. there is one on each side of the movable awning window.
