Thanks for reaching out! Your window operator looks a lot like either our 39-083 Dual Arm Crank or our 39-140 Dual Arm Crank. To determine which of these is the correct fit, you'll need to carefully review the dimensions below.

These operators are compatible with the 39-114L Crank Handle and you'll need the 39-177 Window Sash Hook if you are looking to replace the bracket.
