Window Not Sliding Open Correctly

Question

When opening the window, the arms work fine. However the part that the window glides open/closed on isn't connected to the window and looks to be rusted and broken. If yiu need more pictures please let me know.

Thanks for posting. It seems like you might need a new window hinge set. See if the 10" stainless steel 36-004-10 matches what you have. Take a look and let me know what you think.
