We don't have an exact match for this operator.  We do carry Hope operators with 9" arms. See our 39-353 and 39-354. You might be able to get them to work despite the difference in size, but the window might not open up as far. We also have the 39-141 and 39-142, which have 11" arms, but they are so different that I can't be sure they'll work on your window.
