Hello,

This looks like the older version of the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Unfortunately, the bracket arm shown in your photo that attaches the short arm on the operator to the window sash is a separate component that ROTO stopped making some time ago. There are no known replacements for it. We apologize for the inconvenience.

That would be fine because all I need to replace it seems is the operator mechanism. Something on the operator is stripped so part way in closing the window the operator stops pushing the window closed and therefore window doesn't close all the way when it's fully wound in.

If the issue is in the base of the operator, you should be good to go with the 39-091 and 39-092.
