First, we would need to see your operator fully removed from the window so that the arms that connect to the internal linkage are fully visible. Here are more pics of the broken one. 5 1/2 inches from center to center holes tall and the bottom holes at 1 1/4 center to center.

Thanks for getting back to us. We've related a few similar options on this page for you to review. Note that the bottom mounting holes of our cranks measure either 1-1/8" or 1-3/8" apart. The size of the hole at the end fo the link arm is also an important factor. Review the specifications shown on our product pages to determine if any of these options could work for your repair.
