Will I be able to reuse the same covers or will I need replacements?
Will I need adapter plates?

Thanks for writing in! Your window operator can be replaced with the 39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank. You should likely be able to reuse your existing covers but take a look at the 39-152 Andersen Classic Cover to confirm that it is a match.

Your window does not appear to use an adapter plate, so I don't believe you'll need it for the repairs.
