Hello,
I am looking for this operator for a small casement window. Its a truth brand and the arm is 8.5 center of gear to center of nylon glide.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The 39-216 comes to mind. However, the arm is 7-3/8" when measured as shown below. It couldn't hurt to double-check and measure as shown in the product photo to confirm. Review the specifications and see what you think.
