Window Operator?

Question

Hello, I have a crank operator window that doesn't open anymore. I have attached a picture, and I couldn't find a product that matches it. The handle seems fine, but when I turn the window operator, the window doesn't open. Looking at the screw part, the piece inside seems to be stripped, but I am not sure. I would like a whole new assembly, operator, and the arms.

It's hard to make out based on this picture. It could be our 39-083, but I highly recommend comparing the size the arms to your own to confirm that they are the right size and style.
