Window Operator Arm Comes Out of the Track
We have Pozzi casement windows and one of the operators isn’t cooperating.
It’s a left hinge, right opening window and the operator cranks counter-clockwise to open the window.
The long arm says EntryGard Truth.
The window opens and closes until the arm reaches the arrow on the track. If you turn the crank past that point, the arm and wheel drop out of the track and the window can’t be closed.
Also, the crank cover needs replacement.
As always, I’m grateful for your guidance.
Thank you.

Hi there Neal!
Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. We recommend checking the roller and the track for any signs of damage. If there isn't any, the hinges may be the culprit so we recommend checking them too for damage.
Let us know what you find and we can go from there.
Thank you for your reply.
I should have mentioned that I checked both the track and the hinges and they appear to be undamaged.
Thank you for confirming that for us. Your operator appears to be the 39-032 EntryGard operator with the 4-7/16" link arm. Your cover looks like the 39-107. We also carry the fold-down handle kit and cover, the 39-107FK. If you do want to replace the track, it could be either the 39-505 with the 4 mounting holes or the 39-533 with the 3 mounting holes. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.
One idea to keep the arm from coming out of the track would be to "tweak/bend" the arm up to help keep it in the track. You could also try and use some spray lubricant like WD-40 to keep it sliding freely.
