Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Double check the length of your link arm. If it is 4-7/16", I recommend you look at our 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operators (for left and right handed orientations). The covers and handles are sold separately. I recommend you look at the 39-107 Operator cover and the 39-205 Folding Crank Handle. Take a look and see what you think.

Which arm are we measuring??

The link arm is the lower part of the folding arm that connects with your window. In the example diagram below, it is the portion that has a length of 4-7/16". Just measure that span alone, and not the part of the folding arm that connects to the operator.
