The window operator and handle for the awning window attached broke and need to be replaced. Do you carry these replacement parts and if so, what ae the part numbers?
Unfortunately, I cannot locate the manufacturer information on the window.

The contractor who installed it was able to tell me that it was purchased at Brightview Window Company in Farmingdale NY which was then purchased by Gulfeagle Supply. That is about all the information I have at the moment.

I'm afraid we do not carry the older style awning window operator shown in your photos. The 39-239B is similar though. This uses the 39-536 pivot shoe along with the 39-556 track. However, I'm not sure if your old track is face-mounted like ours and I can't promise our parts will work for this style. Review the specifications along with the hardware related on this page and see what you think.

Just wanted to update you. I purchased the awning operator and pivot slide assembly that you noted above along with the Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover (part no. 39-375). I did not order the 39-556 track as the track on our window was already front facing so I wanted to see if the parts worked with our existing track first.

Good news - the parts arrived today and although it took us a few minutes to figure out how the pivot slide assembly was supposed to be installed, everything fit perfectly and we were able to complete the installation in no time.
