Hello,

I'm looking to confirm these are silverline windows and order parts for refurbishment.

Is this a 39-025 operator?

Also, looking to identify the vinyl. 3/4 width. 5/16 height.

Hi there!

I'm afraid we can't confirm if you have Silverline brand windows but the operator you picked out does look similar. If the specifications match up you should be good to go.

I'm not sure what vinyl trim you're referring to though. Could it be glazing? If so, we would need you to remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear view of the end profile.

I don't believe we have an exact match for this glazing bead but I've made a list of a handful that are similar on this page. Look over the specifications and see how they compare with your old bead. If you're interested in trying samples, just let me know and I can email you an order link. Note, you would have to pay for shipping and our maximum for samples is 5.
