Hello,
I have some panes that are cracked and would like to replace. I have not worked on these types of windows before. Looks like there is a thin metal trim that holds the pane in. It doesn't look like I'll be able to reuse this trim if I pull it out. Am I correct in thinking that the trim piece needs to be removed? What is the proper procedure for replacing panes on this type of window? Is this trim piece something that your company sells?
Thanks for your help!!!

I'm afraid I can't tell what you have from this photo. I can tell you we don't sell aluminum glazing, but our vinyl snap in glazing may still work the same.
Our 55-204 may be a possible match, but you'll need to remove a sample and look over its end profile in order to confirm. The dimensions and shape of the end profile are essential.
Also take note that if you can remove the broken glass out of the frame, the glazing bead should come out easily without bending. Just be careful and make sure to wear protective gloves and safety glasses.
