Window Part

Question

I have windows in my house and this part is broken. It will not rotate to lock in place or allow me to put my window back in correctly. It is almost broken the whole way through (not the one shown). Please help.

The pivot shoe shown here reminds me of the 15-087. The compatible Series 180 springs are sold separately. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
