The part is plastic and black in color. It's about 1 3/4" long. It says "Roto" on it. Obviously, it's broken.

It looks like you need the slide for a casement window hinge. These aren't available separately, unfortunately. I'm also not sure if your hinge is even made. The good news is that you can use our 36-048 hinge pair as as substitute. You just need to make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time so that the window operates evenly. The video below goes into more detail.
