Window Part

Handy Person from the lock side of the window

I purchased 2 tie bar guides for my window a few weeks back and they broke after I tried to latch the window closed. The lock grabs onto the part I have taken pictures of and it broke that part as well. I need two of these as well. Please see the attached images. Can you help? PLEASE!!???

Thank you for your patience in this matter. We are currently working on a possible replacement for this hardware and will post again as soon as we have more information.

Alright, I have a couple pieces I think you might be interested in! Please see our 38-130 and 38-131 Truth Maxim Adjustable Keepers and compare them to your own hardware to see if they can be used as replacements. Let us know!
