Window Part

Question

Our window will not open in to clean it.  Just bought the house and don't know the name of window nor do we see any markings on the part uploaded.  The part is mostly plastic with a little piece of metal on it.

Thanks for reaching out! Your balance shoe looks a bit similar to our 15-195 1-1/4" Closed Cam T-Lock Balance Shoe. Although, there is a chance that our shoe may not be compatible with your existing balance.

You'll need to double check the balance channel to determine if there is a grove in the bottom of it. If so, you'll need to replace the entire balance. If you are unsure, I'll need to see a photo of your existing balances to confirm.
