We should be able to assist with a replacement option, but to further review, we will need to see the pivot shoe in the window channel that this tandem housing attaches to. The window sash will need to be removed to access the pivot shoe. From there we can get a clearer idea of the overall style.

It would be best to see the pivot shoe removed as we will need to know the width and thickness of the shoe as well to determine the correct series for your window. Thank you! 

Unfortunately this picture is only showing the tandem housing. It appears the window uses the 15-086 tandem housing that is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs. This part connects to the pivot shoe that should also have a coil spring in it and engages with the pivot bars on the bottom of the window sash to install. 

Do you see any other plastic pivot housings in the window channel?
