Window Part Cords

Question

Attached 3 photos t (JPG) to help identify the parts involved in our windows problem. Hopefully, you will be able to help us. Our grandson is very capable and able to help fix our windows if the right parts are found. We are not sure if the metal parts come with the worn out cord as a unit, or separately. Depending on you - please respond, ASAP

Does the metal unit come complete with spring and string ? Can I purchase it as a unit ?

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your balances based on your current stamp.
