Hello,

Please see attached pictures of the plastic clips that are broken on some of my windows. These are on three of my windows that won't stay up and the broken clips are no longer there.

If the clips are still there on some of my windows, does that mean I just need to reinstall the balances to fix the problem? All help is appreciated.

There is a chance that replacing these will fix the issue. Once you've completed the repair, if the windows still aren't functioning properly, you'll likely need to replace the balances.
