Window Part. Is it the Shoe?

I believe they call it a shoe it's the part at the bottom of the window that allows the window to tilt out

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. This looks like it might be the shoe of our Series 775 Channel Balance. We do not sell this shoe separately from the balance itself, and you will need to replace the entire balance. To do this, remove the balance from your window and measure the metal channel (but not including any end attachments) to know what length balance you should select. Next, measure the depth of the bottom shoe to determine whether it is 1" or 1-1/4", and look for any stamped numbers on the metal channel to know what stamp option you should select.
