Window Part at bottom of spiral balance

Can you find me the plastic bracket at the bottom of this spiral cartridge?

Can you also tell me when I can expect an answer?

This part is known as a pivot shoe. We may be able to replace it, but we need a bit more information. Before we can confirm, can you remove it from the window and give us its exact width and thickness? Can you also show me the pivot bar that goes into that rectangular slot?
