Window Part for raising and lowering

I have a vinly window that is 17 years old.  I need replacment parts that keeps controls the raising and lowering of the window.  When I open the window it does not stay up.  The part that connects to the channel balance is broken and I need a replacement.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This part is called a T-lock shoe. Yours is a match for the 15-195B with an open cam. The video below will go over how to install it.

Please note that a broken shoe is indicative that the balances aren't far behind. Just something to keep in mind.
