Window Parts

Question

Hi,
I bought some parts from you guys a couple of months ago and was very happy with purchase and you guys have excellent customer service that's why coming back for additional parts.

I was unsure if the name of the part I need to help keep the window on track. If you look at the picture, it looks like a piece of plastic that covers the metal is cracked. It looks like the top and bottom need to be replaced.

Hey, Mike! I'm very glad to hear that you're happy with our service. We certainly aim to please.

As for the part in your photos, this is a hinge guide. I'm afraid you won't be able to get it by itself, though. I don't know any manufacturer who is willing to supply the guide by itself. You'll need an all new hinge.

I recommend our 36-048. This is different from yours in terms of design, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then it should work well for your window.
