Window Parts

Question

Hi, I am looking for these parts for American Craftman by Ply Gem (don't know model). I need all the parts as seen in pics except the crank handle for upper and lower pivot points for 2 separate windows. All the hardware appears to be the same. Both windows crank out sideways from left to right . I believe that is called casement?

Hello, Joyce. Looks like you need a new hinge assembly. My recommendation would be the 36-048. This is probably going to be slightly different compared to your original, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then it should work well.
