Window Parts

Question

I need a replacement for the black plastic piece shown broken in the photo. The window came from Home Depot in 2006/2007 and I am not sure of the MFG so I attached a photo of the tag. Any support as to who MFG the window of the window is and how to obtain the failed part would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the black slide is not available separately but we do off the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base to replace the top and bottom hinges. Take a look and thanks for posting!
