good morning! I have 2 different size SWISCO windows that do not stay up. They are non-tilting. Is this because they need new balances?
Thanks to your you tube, I was able to remove the windo and remove the balances to get pictures. Attached are pictures from my 25" window. I will send separate photos of the 29", since they appear to have different pieces
Do I need to buy the balance shoe and balance top separately, or do they come assembled?
