We need these two parts to replace on another window (the plastic parts are broken on two windows).
Is it possible to replace them?

Thanks for reaching out to us! It looks like you need a new window roller. I'm afraid I can't ID it from these photos though. Can you remove an undamaged roller and show us a few photos? Written-out dimensions would be a huge help as well.
