Hello, Lori. I'm afraid I can't determine what option you need based on this photo alone. You can usually use the stamp printed on the metal channel as a reference. Can you tell me what yours reads?
If there is no stamp, or if it's too faded to read, then you will need to get the precise weight of your sash and match it up to the S395-28 store page.

Hi, thank you for getting back to me. There is imprinted on the sash. 27-4. Is that helpful?

Yes, that is exactly what you want to use as a reference. A stamp of 27-4 usually corresponds to our 2740 option. You can always weigh your sash to be 110% sure, too.
