Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like your top and bottom fitting lack wings. With that in mind, I suggest the Series 351 or Series 390 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll also want to select the 2120 stamp option for your replacements.
I don't immediately recognize the top sash guide. Can we see photos of it removed from the window along with written-out dimensions?
The bottom fitting does have wings. From front to back measures 1 1/16".
The top sash guide is 5/8"x5/8"x1 5/8".

Thanks for getting back to us. If the top is non-winged and the bottom fitting has wings, our best match would be the S350-22 (2120) channel balance. Note that the bottom fitting measures 1-3/32" as shown below. Unfortunately, we do not carry a winged bottom fitting that measures exactly 1-1/16" deep.
As for the top sash guide, we do not carry an exact match but the 18-203 may be worth considering. Review the dimensions below to see if you could adapt this to work for your repair. Please note that you may need to drill a new hole through the guide to install it.
